Description: Our client is currently seeking a Coordinator/Specialist COOSP Support - III
JOB TITLE: Coordinator/Specialist COOSP Support - III

DESIRED SKILLS: ? Experience and knowledge with telecommunications or utility construction closeout process including interpretation of redlines, as-builts, permits and cut sheets. ? Experience with review and validation of engineering and construction contractor invoices and/or similar financial review related experience ? Building and construction knowledge: OSP (Outside Plant) experience including knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools used to deploy a fiber optic network ? Experience/background in a similar field transferable to fiber optics ? General Computer Skills ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio) Google Earth and Google application suite. ? Ability to read and interpret underground and aerial telecom facilities records on maps and fielding notes. ? Experience with GIS based design platforms. ? Project management experience is a plus, particularly working with 3rd party vendors to obtain required documentation. ? Ability to pay close attention to detail and make sound decisions using information at hand. ? Strong Verbal and Written communication skills.

JOB DUTIES: ? Identify and track submission and receipt of vendor COP (Closeout Package) documentation for telecommunications OSP (Outside Plant) construction projects. ? Review and validate contractor invoices ? Attend meetings and conference calls with engineering teams and 3rd party vendors regarding OSP construction projects and completion progress. ? Work with 3rd party vendors to obtain missing documentation for COP (Closeout Package) archiving and GIS record updates. ? Follows standard organizational practices and guidelines. ? Solves problems of somewhat complex nature and assists less-experienced employees with solving problems and resolving issues. ? Meet with users to define data needs, project requirements, required outputs, or to develop applications. ? Prepare reports for weekly status meetings to report progress ? Move, copy, delete, and add files, drawings, and maps to output reports in hard copy or electronic transfer. ? Convert electronic files to PDF and upload to File Management Database.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Requires High school degree and 4+years job-related experience or degree in related field. A combination of education and applicable work experience may be acceptable.

LOGISTICS: M-F 8am - 5pm Cubicle office setting with strong team collaboration. Hybrid environment - 2 days in local office, 3 days remote/home office.
