Description We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist! Are you a customer service detail oriented who is passionate about optimizing client experiences and elevating customer relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment? Then we have the position for you. This role involves working in a high-volume environment, managing customer relationships, and helping maximize the customer experience to help drive loyalty and increase revenue. This is a hybrid position. Responsibilities Solve complicated problems and issues
Design, track, and analyze customer success metrics
Implement and design strategies to improve the customer experience
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment via phone and/or email correspondence
Train/coach customer-facing staff to improve customer service and loyalty Requirements - Strong skills in business writing, including the use of email correspondence
Experience with being held accountable to KPIs and call-tracking
Excellent computer skills including experience and knowledge with customer relationship management software (CRM)
Outstanding research, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Prior customer service/call-center experience, preferably in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
