Job Details
Coordinates, manages and directs all customer audits and internal audits, and acts as the primary contact during entire audit process Ensure customer quality requirements are being met including, but not limited to, SPC and PPAP Coordinate the completion of customer quality surveys and general customer surveys (may have areas that require input from other departments such as accounting, production, HR, etc.) Interface with customers on quality issues and recommend solutions and/or issue corrective actions Initiate and complete corrective action plans for customers as required
