Our client is seeking an IT Analyst for a direct-hire opportunity based out of Springfield, IL. This position is onsite and 100% remote candidates will not be considered. Ideal candidates will have at least 2+ years of experience with technologies and methodologies such as Agile, Jira, and change management.

• Adhere to policy and procedures
• Utiliza Jira, Agile, and other tools
• Prepare agendas
• Complete change requests
• Maintain documentation
