Position Overview
FFDA is looking for Seasonal OfficeAssistant/Tax Assemblers for the Springfield, IL branch to work Mid February to April 15th.
The Seasonal Tax Assemblers will work in a team environment providing general clerical and office support to accountants and tax preparers during our busy tax season. General duties include but are not limited to: filing, stuffing envelopes, data entry, processing and delivering mail, etc.
Desired Skills/ Experience/Attributes
1+ years experience in a professional work environment
Proven track record of dependability and reliability
Basic computer experience.
Office scanner and copier experience required.
General office experience.
Has the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Is dependable and reliable and is able to work flexible hours to support changes needs
