The
Satellite Lab Supervisor reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.The Satellite Lab Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Satellite Labs, for prompt, efficient, and accurate performance of testing services. He/she is responsible for scheduling staff necessary to meet service expectations, and is also responsible for staff development through timely performance appraisals. Under the direction of the department section manager, he/she will have responsibility for assuring the services provided in the department section meet all policies and regulatory requirements, and meet customer service expectations. He/she is proficient in all assigned services and will spend some time performing these services. The Satellite Lab Supervisor should develop staff through delegation of administrative duties to qualified staff whenever appropriate. This position will require work at all the Satellite locations as well as holiday and weekend rotation.
