The Telesales Specialist position utilizes the phone and computer to reach out to potential and existing customers to generate sales for the company in the automotive market. The position is responsible for closing sales deals over the phone, and maintaining solid customer relationships, with a goal of helping the company grow by expanding sales and developing business.
Contact potential automotive customers to inquire about their current business system and inform them about our product and services; generate qualifying leads and close sales
Answer questions about the company and Karmak products
Make on average 50 new conquest calls per day.
Manage, track and follow-up with leads via phone and email; close deals via phone
Enter and update customer information into Salesforce
All calls and emails must be recorded accurately by Telesales in Sales Force
Partner with Regional Managers and Account Directors to follow up on opportunities
Direct prospects to the field sales team when appropriate
Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
Go “the extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Maintain strong customer relations
The first 30 days of employment will be spent shadowing a senior developer on our team. Within this time frame you will be expected to learn source control; how it is stored and how to interact with it. After the first 60 days you will be expected to be able to handle 1-3 projects. After 120 days we will expect you to be certified through our eLearning software. The position also requires team collaboration working in an open environment.
