As User Researcher, you will work with peers and internal stakeholders to plan, manage, and execute research in North America. You will support the team purpose to provide unbiased actionable market & user insights that influence overall business decision making in North America. This is an exciting opportunity to explore & introduce best practices on research methodologies & analysis to the organization.
Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration, Behavioral/User Research, Psychology is required; Master's Degree Business Administration, Behavioral/User Research, Psychology is preferred.
Research in consumer good industry required. Durable consumer goods industry experience is desirable.
Competency with user research software including Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Cross Tabs, etc. required.
You hold excellent analytical skills, with ability to synthesize user research data from multiple data sets, & utilizing analytical tools including Excel, Pivot Tables, etc.
Market research online community (MROC) experience is a plus, along with agency experience.
Strong presentation skills from preparation to presenting to stakeholders & executives; Comfortable with workshop facilitation & preparation.
Experience in writing discussion guides, screeners, test protocols, & final reports.
You are a self-motivated, highly resourceful team player with a positive “can-do” attitude! You are approachable, and enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiar with Design Thinking / User Experience methodology/approach.
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Travel Percentage is approximately 10%.
