Responsibilities and DutiesBrooke Knoll Village is seeking a compassionate Payroll/HR Coordinator who wants to make a difference and be part of a team who excels to succeed. Candidates who can perform the following need apply:
Processes bi weekly payroll.
Maintains personnel records.
Maintains group health insurance records.
Maintains workers compensation records.
Reports record of hours to Corporate office for payroll preparation.
Maintains adequate and detailed payroll records as required by law and keeps the records properly stored for future reference. Individual records shall indicate holidays, vacations and paid leave.
Conduct weekly new hire orientation.
Qualifications and Skills
High school graduate or its equivalent.
Previous business office experience highly desirable.
