Experience in paint is a plus plus, and organization is a necessity. Computer skills are necessary to navigate the Sales counter and inventory programs.

Job requirements are as follows:
Greeting and helping customers in the Hardware and Paint department.
Locating items for customers.
Discussing products with customers.
Creating conversation and interaction with customers.
Checking inventory and maintaining shelved items.
Learning and maintaining a computerized paint program.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Willingness to make and admit mistakes.
Learning new and modern techniques.
