Salon Coordinator (part time)
Compensation: $12/per hour
Boutique salon is seeking a courteous and friendly individual with strong customer service and organizational skills. Multi tasking is a must and professional attire is required for this position.
Duties include but are not limited to;
Greeting guests upon arrival
Provide Salon information over the phone to potential clients in an accurate and courteous manner
Scheduling guests appointments through salon software
Answering and returning salon phone calls and texts
Square transactions handled through software
Daily cleaning routine, restocking product, laundry
Assist in maintaining salon inventory and ordering
Training will be provided
Schedule may have some flexibility but must be available approximately 20-25 hrs per week
Sample of hours available;
Tues: 12:30-6:30
Wed: 8:30-3:30
Fri: 10:30-4:30
(Must be available occasionally for employee meetings and special events at the salon)
