Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

Regularly review and inspect balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant

Encourage and manage the full accounting team performance so that close deadlines are met

Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

Collaborate with FP&A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics, including monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

Organize a variety of technical accounting analyses, procedures, and policies

Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements, which includes document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

Requirements

Solid technical skills

Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred

Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Trial balance experience

Solid understanding of fund accounting

Strong familiarity with financial statements consolidation

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

5+ years of recent relevant financial experience

  • As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for leading, training and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons in the hotel\'s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards Assess inventory of, assign for cleaning and inspect rooms Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms Monitor payroll reports, work schedules, lost and found program, stock rooms and carts and designated inventories Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas Perform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as needed Assist in performance evaluations of Room Attendants and Housepersons, as needed Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
