Your talents, ideas, and passion are essential to our mission: to help people live better, healthier lives.The Associate Manufacturing Technology Specialist’s primary role is to facilitate Technical Transfer of client projects to Catalent and provide Client and Manufacturing floor support during operations.This is a full time position with the following shift: 6:00PM-6:30AM Friday-SundayCatalent is committed to a Patient First culture through excellence in quality and compliance, and to the safety of every patient, consumer and Catalent employee.The RoleWill lead the technical transfer of client products into Catalent for manufacturing
Provide technical training as necessary to operators
Provide on-the-floor oversight of the manufacturing process as it relates to formulation, filling, packaging and inspection, as necessary
Interact with client technical representatives, including Person in Plant observers on matters related to packaging and inspection.
Perform and document formal deviation investigations as needed
Monitor process data, identify trends, present data, and propose action as necessary
Perform technical troubleshooting and investigations of process issues. This includes documenting formal deviation investigations as needed
Other duties as assigned
The CandidateBachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
0+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
GMP experience preferred
Must be able to read and understand English-written job instruction and safety requirements
Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds.
