Overall Purpose: Directs and supervises a group of Technical Consultants to assure successful customer implementation wireline, wireless, and IT product/services through quality system engineering services in pre- and/or post-sales efforts.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring that marketing strategy enables company sales goals to be achieved through proper determination of how the company can meet customer requirements, system configurations within time and cost constraints. Provides technical oversight to ensure quality pre- and post-sale support on integration and implementation of established company products. Ensures that staff members are kept up-to-date on new company products and enhancements to existing products. Creates recommendations and implements procedures and policy for a functional piece of the strategic plan. Collaborates and contributes in decision making process regarding hiring, promoting and discharging employees. This position is NOT on sales compensation.Our Manager Technical Sales Employee’s earn between $115,600.00 to $231,100.00 .
