A Manufacturing Operator’s primary duty is to perform a variety of operational tasks in accordance with current GMP's. Operators must work effectively in a team environment to achieve company goals and must adhere to all company compliance, safety, and attendance requirements. Catalent’s Bloomington location provides drug substance manufacturing, drug product manufacturing, and related pharmaceutical services. This award-winning facility helps customers accelerate biologic drug development programs and bring better treatments to help patients live better, healthier lives.This position will contribute to the Patient First philosophy by improving the overall quality of our products and providing direct linkage to improving outcomes for patients.The Role

Ensures components, materials and supplies are stocked prior to the start of the manufacturing operations

Demonstrate mathematical skills, including the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and conversions

Actively promotes and demonstrates good communication and escalation

Safely operates equipment within a preparation area (i.e. cleaning, steamings, buffer/media prep, parts washing, autoclaving, etc)

Assist in equipment set-up and change over

The Candidate

High School/GED

GMP experience preferred

0-3 years of experience
