Start hereManufacturing OperatorThis position will contribute to the Patient First philosophy by improving the overall quality of our products and providing direct linkage to improving outcomes for patients.The Role
Execute aseptic manufacturing processes using SOPs, batch records, protocols and equipment’s diagrams
Effectively demonstrate understanding of GMPs and how they apply to specific responsibilities
Safely operates basic equipment
Assist in equipment set-up and change over
Must have a basic understanding on Operational Excellence concepts
Participates in area continuous improvement activities
Reports safety & quality concerns & recommends improvements
Must be able to read and write English
Demonstrate mathematical skills, including the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and conversions
Ensures batch records, equipment log books, and other relevant records are current; performs batch record reconciliation
Ensures components, materials and supplies are stocked prior to the start of the manufacturing operations
Ensures batch readiness by gathering tools, machine parts, and documents required for such activities. Retrieves components and equipment from storage/staging areas (i.e. water for injection
