Start herePosition SummaryThe hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pmProduction AnalystA Production Analyst’s primary duty is to support an assigned production area regarding scheduling and process control, including data collection and metric reporting.Catalent’s Bloomington location provides drug substance manufacturing, drug product manufacturing, and related pharmaceutical services. This award-winning facility helps customers accelerate biologic drug development programs and bring better treatments to help patients live better, healthier lives.The Role
Collecting and/or entering departmental data regarding the performance of people, processes, and equipment
Organizing and/or creating visual representations (spreadsheets, reports, slide shows, etc.) of data
Completing projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others
Improving quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes; implementing changes and managing visual communications
Work closely with Supply Chain and other areas within Drug Product to ensure production schedule is successfully maintained
The Candidate
High School/GED with 3+ years experience OR
Associate degree with 1+ years experience OR
Bachelor’s degree
Manufacturing experience preferred
