Start herePosition Title: Shop Floor QA Representative Monday-Thursday 4 10 hour shifts Summary The QA Representative is responsible for quality activities for the QA shop floor program in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The Bloomington Shop Floor QA group contributes to Catalent’s “Patient First” philosophy by helping to ensure quality products are manufactured and received on time. This in turn ensures our client’s ability to meet their manufacturing goals for patients around the world. The Role

Ensure manufacturing compliance with applicable procedures and batch record by performing real time review of manufacturing batch record documentation and logbooks. Review occurs in the manufacturing rooms while wearing gowning

Work with operations to resolve manufacturing issues

Participating in and supporting internal audits to ensure internal operations that impact SISPQ comply with procedures, policies, and regulations

Maintaining quality systems, processes, and facilities by observing manufacturing operations and executing assigned quality tasks (e.g., pre-approving instructions, reviewing documentation of executed instructions, reporting metrics, document drafting)

Providing review and approval of change requests (e.g EDMS document change requests)

Providing direction for Events; this will consist of writing and approving Event reports with potential to author and approve deviations, corrective and preventive actions

The Candidate

Bachelor’s degree preferred

2-5 years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated excellence in role with justification

1 year GxP or other regulated industry experience required, 2 years preferred
