Start hereSenior Quality Assurance Representative – Client Support Catalent’s Bloomington location provides drug substance manufacturing, drug product manufacturing, and related pharmaceutical services. This award-winning facility helps customers accelerate biologic drug development programs and bring better treatments to help patients live better, healthier lives.Catalent is committed to a Patient First culture through excellence in quality and compliance, and to the safety of every patient, consumer and Catalent employee.A Senior Quality Assurance (QA) representative’s primary duty is to support the quality function by overseeing client Support.The Role
Participate in and support internal client, regulatory and/or vendor audits
Maintain Quality Systems, Processes and facilities
Provide review and approval of change request (Trackwise and EDMS)
Provide direction for and reviewing and approving deviations, corrective and preventive actions, vendor assessment, risk assessments and nonconforming material reports
Maintain Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Quality related products
The Candidate
Bachelor’s degree - Preferred
5-8 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of experience or demonstrated excellence in role with justification
GMP experience – 2 years
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Competent at-risk mitigation for function
