The Trojan Horse is looking to hire cook/kitchen employees who will be responsible for numerous back-of-house duties. Tasks include: setting up workstations, preparing ingredients to use in cooking, using various utensils, grills and kitchen equipment, washing dishes, keeping work areas in clean and working order, following safety and sanitary standards, ability to follow directions and work well under pressure. Prior experience working in restaurant kitchens encouraged. Part-time and Full-time positions available.
