Day Line/Prep Cook
Duties
Ensure overall food quality, handling and service standards are met, ensuring compliance with proper sanitation and safety standards, professional attitude, high energy, organized, attention to detail.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience at a restaurant is required, pro-active, with a "hands-on" style and solid work stability.
Understanding of various cooking methods, equipment, and procedures.
Must be able to perform multiple tasks while maintaining required standards of operation in daily restaurant activities.
Work at a pace consistent with changing business volume and demands.
Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines, dish washing if needed.
