Job Description
Full charge bookkeeper/office assistant needed for an established downtown Bloomington restaurant, 15-20 hrs. per week. Salary commensurate with experience.
Duties/Requirements
Attention to Detail
Candidate must be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
Phones & email correspondence event bookings/reservations > strong communication and writing skills.
Recording and auditing daily receipts from POS reports
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
Accounting - GL/Balance Sheet, financial statements
Filing, and other varied office management functions
Time clock adjustments, confirming clock ins with schedules etc.
Restaurant bookkeeping is a plus.
Five years+ of continuous experience as a Bookkeeper is required
Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and auditing principles
Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word and Quickbooks
Reports to CEO and Office Manager
