Split shift Formulate/Grind Operator needed at White Castle in Orleans, IN!
Immediate Start
Shift - 9:30am-6:00pm Monday - Friday
Pay - $14.00
Duties will Include:
Set up batches of raw materials onto the meat table and operate conveyors, grinders and mixers.
Adjust formula as determined by the Quality Assurance personnel and rework to batches as necessary.
Clean meat carts if necessary.
Operate log extrusion equipment.
Move pallets of raw material to production area and move meat carts to and from tempering room.
Requirements:
Ability to work well with co-workers in a physically close environment.
Special attentionmust be given to the QUALITY ASSURANCE GUIDELINES and strict adherence to the guidelines must be maintained at all times to insurethe wholesomeness of our product.
Must have adequate knowledge of safe lifting procedures
Must be able to follow both verbal and written work instructions while working closely with Quality Assurance
Must have knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures
Ability to lift up to 20-25 lbs while bending, turning and twisting
