As a Property Damage Claims Field Adjuster for Great West Casualty Company, you will:
-Work closely with the drivers we insure to help them get back on the road after an accident.
-Investigate, negotiate, and settle claims by estimating equipment and developing relationships with body shops to get accurate costs.
-Travel to accident scenes as needed to facilitate clean-up and secure equipment.
We are looking for:
-Experience in auto insurance as a claims adjuster
-Estimate writing for personal auto or diesel trucks or semi-trucks
-Knowledge of or ability to learn values of tractors, trailers, and equipment; claims settlement procedures
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time via company car (provided) or small company jet. Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
