Growing, National franchise company, with president headquartered in Bloomington, seeks multi-talented, high-service assistant that fits our culture of honesty, high energy, teamwork and over-the-top service to our franchisees.
20-40 hrs/week based on performance/benefit to the company (Benefits at full-time).

Be marketing and profit-minded and happy to serve a âwhatever it takesâ culture.
Be Microsoft Office PROFICIENT â and have high aptitude for software & apps
Be able to solve problems, find solutions and finish tasks
Be incredibly organized and handle changes in schedule/priorities.
Glorious Duties:
Website/Social Management (Facebook, Linkedin posts, blogs, etc.)
Digital assets management (Dropbox, Salesforce, etc.)
Assist in sales process (update spreadsheets, mailings, emails, texts, etc)
Potential travel for tradeshow support, company conventions, etc. (willing to fly)
Not-So-Glorious Duties:
Inventory Management â maintain, organize, pack and ship promo items to clients
Office Supply Management (there is no magic fairy that keeps us in pens and paper)
Help President vacuum, dust and empty trash/recycling every now and then
This is a two-person office (we have other offices around the country). You will report directly to the new(ish) president/CEO and help launch exciting, new initiatives, modernization and growth of this very established company. We currently have 30 franchisees in 20+ states.
Past experience that may serve this position well: Event Planner, Medical office work/billing, small company employment.
