We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to expand our operations. As a member of the C4 Connections team you will be introducing services to residential customers.
As a sales manager, you will be responsible for:
• Recruiting, training and maintaining a productive Door to Door sales team.
• Becoming a product and technical expert on the product suite.
• Recognizing, rewarding and motivating staff.
• Ensuring retention of sales teams.

Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:
• 1+ years Door to Door sales experience, preferably sales management experience.
• An aptitude to recruit, train and lead a sales team.
• A desire to work and contribute in a team-based environment
• Excellent communication skills
