The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position provides excellent customer service to ABRA customers on the phone and in person throughout the repair process. They also provide administrative support to the daily operations of the body shop or glass shop.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
Ability to interact with all levels of personnel in the shop and Central Services
Flexibility to handle multiple projects at once
Accounts Receivable experience
