The Project Leader will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the data training program. Strong working knowledge and understanding in data analysis, IT architecture, software development, IT project and program management, Six Sigma highly recommended, and analytics operations. Requires a passion for enabling others to succeed and the ability to implement complex processes across business units and functions. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall ownership and oversight for the training program including Data Science training, analytics platform tools training, and end to end process training.
  • Ensures progress vs schedule and deliverables vs expectations, while collecting feedback from stakeholders and participants for continued improvement and growth of the program and value delivery.
  • Oversight of the training development path that include managing project hopper and backlog as well as the project screening and prioritization process.
  • Develop and support the project database as well as the catalog of developed analytics tools available for reuse.
  • Work with business unit and Function Training Sensei (equivalent to Black Belt in Six Sigma) and coordinate the training and project delivery calendar. This will include cohort selection that will take approved program candidates and approved projects through the project development process.
  • Champion of scalable and reusable analytics platform solutions and models across all business units and Functions that integrate with core digital systems.
  • Evaluates data quantity, quality, and coverage needs for the associated project hopper, identifying data investments (e.g. collection, cleaning, ingestion) that are enablers to significant business value.
  • Develops and manages organizational data science health metrics.
