About the Opportunity
Our client is a multinational manufacturer currently in the process of integrating recently merged companies. They are seeking a Data Analyst who will be a key contributor to the success of this new and exciting venture. This individual will report to the Vice President of Information Technology and be the subject matter expert as to the quality and accuracy of all data.
This role is centrally located between Evansville, IN, and Louisville, KY. Relocation assistance will be considered for a candidate with all the required experience.
Job Responsibilities & Expectations:
⢠Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
⢠Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize
efficiency and quality.
⢠Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
⢠Filter and âcleanâ data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and
correct code problems.
⢠Define new data collection and analysis processes.
⢠Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
⢠Work with internal business leaders to establish and prioritize business needs.
Experience & Qualifications:
⢠Minimum Bachelorâs degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering or
Statistics.
⢠Minimum of 3 years experience in a data analyst or business analyst role.
⢠Minimum of 3 years of experience in database design development, data mining, and segmentation
techniques.
⢠Must know knowledge of Epicor 10.
⢠Knowledge of Excel, SQL/Access, EPR Systems, Ceridian, Tableau and Salesforce.
⢠Strong communication skills including the ability to disseminate complex data queries for report writing and
be able to present findings.
⢠U.S. Citizenship.
