Benchmark Management is accepting resumes for the position of Leasing Consultant at our Evansville apartment community. This is a part time position for approximately 20 hours per week. Must be able to work Saturdays.
In this customer service driven role, our leasing consultants are responsible for leasing, marketing and move-in administration. This includes conducting tours with prospects, answering calls, entering maintenance work orders, replying to email leads, preparing leases, renewal processes and assisting the property manager with the day-to-day operation of the property.
Previous leasing or sales experience (minimum 1 year) and knowledge of Entrata required. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
