Job DescriptionAtOneMain Consumer Loan Sales Associate s serve as the initial contact for customers with a variety of financial needs.You will help customers assess and identify the appropriate products or servicesOneMainoffers bylistening and understanding theirfinancialsituation.The position will require strong knowledge ofOneMain’spersonal lending products and a high level of motivation to meet or exceed goals.Our work focuses onnew and previouscustomerswho are looking for additional financing or insurance options to meet their personalfinancial needs.Responsibilities include the following :

Reaching out or responding to inbound calls from potential customers

Processing applications for multiple personal lending products

Implementing key strategies to drive growthas well as demonstrating exemplary customer service standards and a high level of energy to exceed goals

Reading and understanding credit bureau reportsand maintaining a high level of personal lending product knowledge

Maintaining awareness of company policies and procedures, federal / state laws and providing guidance to other team members to ensure compliance

Actively marketing and sellingOneMainlending products and servicesand demonstrating strong collaborative skills within a teamenvironment

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

2 or more years’ experience in sales, customer service, retail or call center environment

Reliable internet and telephone service, and dedicated home office or workspaceas occasional remote work may be needed

Preferred qualifications include :

Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion to facilitate good business decisions

Strong product knowledge and drive for results

Ability to multi-task

Basic understanding of credit or personal finance concepts

Strong time management skills

Sense of urgency in meeting or exceeding application processing goals

Skills in “consultative selling”

Exceptional communication with team member and customers

High level of energy to deliver strong results

Work Schedule:Ability to potentially work regular weekends including either

4 (10) hour days or 5 (8) hour days

Consistent evening hours (until 9pm CST)
