We are a family owned and operated restaurant with Full buffet and grilled to order steaks.
We are searching for a nite crew leader person to complete our team. This person needs to be fully capable of being trained to run every spot, train crew, lead as well as work along side other crew.
We run our shifts and train our crew by leading them and working with them. Organization, Great Guest focus, attention to details, and a clean friendly presentation are all a must for the person who will be the best fit for expanding our crew.
This position will be evenings and will have the potential for advancement. It could even work into percentage of ownership for the right dedicated person who is looking to own their restaurant in the future.
