Experienced Maintenance Technician needed for Carpenter Court, Cedar Trace and Jacobsville Apartments in Evansville, IN. This position will require a Valid Driver's License as well as reliable transportation as you will be required to work at all three locations. A good candidate will have the ability to work in a team, must be self motivated and willing to what it takes to complete tasks. This position will require all aspects of apartment maintenance including unit turns.
