ADMISSIONS REPRESENTATIVE - SYLVANIA CAMPUS - FULL-TIME
Do you have experience in sales, call center, banking, or customer service? Do you have a passion for education and helping people? You may make a great Admissions Representative!
What are the main activities of the Admissions Representative?
Assist students through the Admissions process. This includes calling inquiries submitted by students interested in attending Ross.
Scheduling students for appointments
Confirming appointments for students who set appointments with our call center
Meeting with prospective students in our interview process to uncover goals and share the benefits of attending a Ross program.
It is a combination of meeting with students, phone work, and administrative skills.

Requirements
Two years direct sales experience in admissions, recruiting, intangible or other sales with a High School diploma or GED. Associates or Bachelorâs degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council of Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) preferred.
Ability and desire to make extensive outbound phone calls, using phone outlines to set appointments
Reference and background check required for employment, including credit check
Ability to work at least two evenings a week
