HCS Renewable Energy is currently seeking a Project Manager in Troy, IN to manage US based utility-scale solar portfolio.
Responsibilities
Managing Utility-Scale Solar Portfolio for projects in the US.
Implementation of project scope, schedule, monitoring of project quality control
Ensuring safety compliance
Ensuring compliance with environmental requirements
Change Order Management
Ensuring compliance to Project CAPEX, EPCM team budgets and customer service agreement
Managing Project Stakeholders
Project communication to all parties
Complete action plan definition and follow up to achieve the projects objectives in terms of safety, quality, timeline and profitability.
Interface with construction subcontractors for all key execution matters
Complete projects risks exposure analysis and mitigation plan
Managing decisions related to the projects portfolio
Client and Community Relations
Enforcement of projects standards, procedures and contribution to continuous improvement
Qualifications
5 years Experience in Project Management
Solar Industry Background Preferred
Bachelors Degree Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline
Proficient within Excel, Microsoft Projects, ERP systems and DMS
Management and Leadership Skills
Project Portfolio Management Experience
Knowledge of Engineering and Procurement processes
Ability to Travel (30% - 50% of the time)
Ability to work in changing project environment
Team player and Self-driven
Ability to undertake projects at own initiative
Developed and proven negotiation skills between Subcontractors, Vendors and Governmental Authorities
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities
