Benchmark Management is accepting applications for the position of Service (Maintenance) Technician for our professionally managed Evansville apartment community.
The primary duties of a Service Technician are to maintain the communities in safe, attractive, comfortable conditions by completing corrective maintenance (work orders and make-readies), preventive maintenance (inspections and repairs) and emergency maintenance.
The successful candidate will be a High School Graduate (or equivalent), have a minimum of 3 years general maintenance or skilled trade experience, working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry and working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances.
