Central States Supply Company, Inc. is an established locally owned 75 years in business wholesale supplier serving the beauty professional. We are seeking the employment of a full or part time, motivated individual to assist in order fulfillment, shipping and receiving operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accurately enter transactional information for customer ship-orders as well as store pick-up.
Receive payment and process returns (cash, credit card, eCheck) from customers at point of sale and time of invoicing.
Stock shelves with products as required on incoming shipments and store operations.
Ensure customer service is a priority; answer phones and greet customers in a pleasant and friendly manner.
Ensure the store is clean and displays and shelves are in order.
Provide cash refunds or issue credits to customers for returned merchandise.
Assists outside Sales Team.
General office administrative duties, including maintaining files, documentation and records.
Pull, pack and ship outgoing products as well as transactions for store product pick-up.
Prepare reports and count inventory
Perform all activities in a friendly and courteous manner according to company standards.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Quantitative Skills:

Qualifications Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 45lbs
High school diploma or proof of general education degree (GED)
5 day work week M-F (1st shift)
On-job training and shadowing
