We are a CUSTOMER FOCUSED auto dealership that is looking for motivated, self-starting individuals who are looking for a career growth opportunity. If you have successful face-to-face sales experience in your current and/or recent career, you may be the person we are looking for!
As an established business serving the Fort Wayne area for over 14 years, we provide an hourly pay plan and have a great busy location. We are a Car Fax Advantage Dealer, Car Gurus Dealer of the year for 2017-2018 and offer an attractive inventory with a wide variety of brands. Our vehicles are advertised online with between 50-100 photos of each individual vehicle as well as with industry publications in several states; such as Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Wisconsin.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Organizing test drives and negotiating deals with customers
-Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals
-Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales
While customer service is the #1 skill you can bring to our team, the following qualifications will be helpful to your success with our sales team:
-MUST have a valid Indiana driver's license
-Maintain regular attendance, punctuality and adhere to daily work/lunch break schedules as designated
-Ability to work extended hours as business mandates¬¬including Saturdays on a rotating basis
-Internet/social media skills is a plus
-Prior automotive sales experience is helpful but not required
-Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
-Ability to adapt, learn and execute in a fast-paced team environment
-Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
-Excellent verbal/written/phone communication & interpersonal skills
-Knowledge of basic computer skills
-Business casual appearance
