The CRM Administrator / Developer is responsible for developing and executing system configuration, dashboards, enhancements, integrations to external systems, reporting, and support of our Salesforce CRM system. This role will work cross functionally with sales, marketing, customer service and IT to ensure successful implementation of projects and enhancements to the CRM platform. Basic understanding of key business processes including Forecasting, Warranty, Sales Pipeline and Sales Funnel management.
Successful candidates will combine technical abilities, communication skills and a business aptitude to improve the utilization of the CRM solution for the betterment of the business.
