Machine Operator/Warehouse
Hours: Flexible, TBD but adhering to Production Shift Schedules
Production Shifts run Monday through Saturday
Machine Operator
DeBrand produces only the finest gourmet chocolate products and each piece of chocolate must meet the highest standards. Responsibilities and job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Machine Operation / Setup
Should have a good understating of working with production machinery
Should be able to work with touch screen HMI (Human/Machine Interface)
Should be able to take a logical approach to making appropriate machine adjustments to achieve the desired results
Must be able to work with basic tools to do machine tear down / cleaning / setup
Basic leadership skills
Responsible for the pace of the line production
Quality conscious
Ability to maximize efficiencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make quick decisions and multitask
Comfortable in production and able to safely and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
CNC machine setup and operation a plus
Warehouse
Qualified candidates should:
Have a safe, clean driving record
Be able to work independently
Be comfortable working on their feet all day in a dry warehouse and in cold storage
Work quickly and efficiently with their hands
Be dedicated to thinking and caring about what they are doing each and every day
Want to have fun and challenge themselves and those around them
