Interim HealthCare is looking for RN's/LPN's to provide skilled nursing services to our patients in the Fort Wayne and surrounding areas. No home care experience necessary. Training/Orientation provided!
Several different opportunities:
8-10 hour shifts - Trach/Vent Adults, Peds
Infusion visits - 1-4 hours
Wound care
Med Set-ups
