National apartment Management Company is looking to fill an open position in our Maintenance Department. We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can work Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and cover rotating on call duties throughout the year!
Duties include but not limited to:
- Turning units
- Painting apartments
- General Plumbing, Electric, and carpentry repairs
- Snow removal
- Supervising maintenance and cleaning staff
- Working with contractors and Vendors
- Ordering supplies
