We are seeking a property preservation contractor that is interested in long term employment with advancement opportunities, but to start ASAP. Please email for more information. No experience necessary but must have basic home repair or construction skills. We are a family owned business and a close knit group. We are seeking someone a team player and someone who wants to grow their career as our company grows.
General Information and Requirements:
Must have own truck, trailer, other equipment
Be willing to cover areas throughout central Indiana
Must have Valid DL and reliable transportation
Abilities: Lock Changes, Siding, Basic/Simple Roofing, Basic plumbing, Lawn and Basic Maintenance, hard worker and good work ethic
Must be punctual, trustworthy, and hard working
Must be able to complete projects on time and with high quality
Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Must be able to pass background check
