Small apartment complex in need of a reliable, honest, and manager. Job duties include rent collection, leasing, show apartments, screening, tenant issues and notifications. Field tenant maintenance issues. Communicate regularly with the ownership and maintenance staff. This is a part time 1099 position. Qualified candidate should have some property management experience, be proficient in the use of a computer and spreadsheets. You must be people person yet able to be firm.
