A national residential property management company is seeking an experienced property manager to over see two small apartment community located in the Fort Wayne, Indiana.
We are looking for a strong leader to manage all aspects of daily operations at both apartment communities to ensure the property is profitable and meets or exceeds the expectations of the owners and residents. A high level of commitment to customer service is a must! A working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is also required.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED equivalent and some college-level education. Some college education is preferred but not required. CAM or ARM certifications may set you apart from other candidates.
Compensation for this position will include a salary commensurate with your experience, monthly bonuses, and excellent benefits.
