Position: Desktop Support

Job Description
Ability to work with others in a team environment
Ability to work on your own, while reporting back to team leader/ manager on any issues or concerns in a timely fashion
Good troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service skills, and ability to provide white glove service to customers
Demonstrates excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work and attention to detail without loss to productivity
Proficiency in building and deploying desktops and laptops. Preferably familiarity with SCCM
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (O365) (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype)
Proficiency with Windows 10 O/S
Experience in Windows 10 O/S and Microsoft Office 365 upgrades and rollouts
Familiarity with SCCM application installation
1 - 3 Years experience in direct end user support including Microsoft Office applications. (Required)
