Looking for full-time maintenance person for mobile home park & mini-storage business in Avilla, IN.
Job duties include performing repairs and maintenance on mobile homes & self storage facilities, refurbishing mobile homes, and general grounds maintenance.
Ideal candidate will:
Be trustworthy, responsible, and self-motivated.
Have some knowledge and be teachable in the areas of plumbing, heating, A/C & electrical.
Have 3 years of carpenter experience.
Be capable of performing physically demanding work including heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.
