Fully and accurately complete all required paperwork
Laboratory Technician/Analyst
Perform analytical test required to qualify a batch for production.
Set up taste testing and participate in the evaluation of the product.
Perform analytical test required to ensure that the batch that is running on the line is within the set specifications.
Communicate any out of specification results to the Quality Department Management Team so that the appropriate action can be taken.
Calibrate laboratory instruments as required and document calibration.
Release product for shipments in Adage.
Line Technician
Perform a pre-line start check using Product Profile and according to GMPs.
Perform production line checks at specified intervals.
Perform first case inspection.
Communicate any out of specification results to the Production Supervisor to ensure the appropriate action can be taken and all documentation completed.
