DescriptionRobert Half OfficeTeam is offering an excellent career opportunity for a dynamic self-starter as a general Front Office Clerk. This position will manage administrative support tasks like operating office equipment and completing general clerical work. This Front Office Clerk is offered as a short term temporary role based on the southside of Indy.The duties for this Front Office Clerk role will include but not be limited to:
Providing accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Managing telephone calls
Data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing
Deliver assistance with front desk and receptionist duties
Offer a smile to incoming customers
Carry out correspondence according to prescribed style and format
Provide support on diverse employee projects as necessary
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
Strong familiarity with sorting
Must have some experience with mail merging
Experience handling office equipment
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
At least 1 year of Office Clerk experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
