We are a small family owned CPA firm in search of a candidate that can add immediate value to our rapidly growing business. Ideal candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision, have strong organizational, customer service, and data entry skills. Job duties include but are not limited to entry into Quickbooks files for multiple small businesses, run payroll for several companies weekly, pay payment plans on behalf of clients, manage day to day operations of office such as answering phones, various banking, maintaining filing systems. There would also be light travel to clients locations to help with work at these various locations.

Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft office programs and have strong attention to detail. Preferred experience in Quickbooks but not essential.

We offer a flexible work environment with compensation ranging from $14-17 an hour. Paid time off and retirement benefits after one year service. Flexible schedules with some work from home options are available. 35-40 hours a week are needed
